Talent Initiative Best Project Contest

The Talent Initiative announces its Best Project Contest!

We want to reward the efforts of teachers who are working hard to implement project-based learning (PBL) in Northeast Indiana. Check out below for all of the contest details!

Eligibility:

This contest is open only to teachers of grades 6-12 trained under one of the Talent Initiative Professional Development Grants. Project designs submitted for consideration must be original and must have a STEM focus. This competition is divided by discipline into three categories: (1) Science, (2) Technology/Engineering, (3) Mathematics. Entries may be submitted under only one of these categories, as indicated on the Contest Entry Form. Entries submitted under more than one category will be automatically disqualified. Entries failing to specify a category will be automatically disqualified. Entries may be submitted by a single teacher or team of teachers. Only one submission per applicant is permitted.

Prizes:

The Talent Initiative will award $1,500 to the winning teacher or team of teachers in each of the three categories. In addition TI will award $500 to each school that is represented by the winning teacher(s). Winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony at a date to be determined.
